lesson policies

  • If a lesson cannot be attended, 24 hours notice must be given via email. If a lesson is cancelled within this time frame, the student will be charged for the lesson. Rescheduling requests must also be made 24 hours in advance and are not guaranteed.

  • All payments must be received at least 24 hours before the lesson. If payment is not received the lesson will be cancelled.

  • If a student is running late and does not communicate tardiness via email, I will wait for 10 minutes. If the student does not show up within this time frame the lesson will be cancelled and charged.

  • Weekly time slots will be held for students attending weekly or bi-weekly. Any less frequent attendance and weekly slots cannot be held.

  • All packages are non-refundable and expire within 3 months of purchase.

  • Any student who refers my teaching services to another student will receive 25% off their next lesson package! The new student must purchase a minimum of one 4 lesson package.
